Support Engineer

Skills Required:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic knowledge of web applications
• Basic technical knowledge would be a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain good rapport with clients
• Communication with clients mostly via email in response to their queries.
• Communicate issues/bugs reported by clients to developers and follow up and revert the
same on resolution.
• Should have a strong understanding of the support projects and its user flow and various
• Work in tandem with project managers and developers and the testing team
